Mercedes W02 2011 "tea tray" floor piece clock. 

The W02 was driven by Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg during the 2011 Formula one season. Part obtained from Mercedes and has inspection certificate and has Mercedes part number etched onto the back of it.
